Open to new opportunities - reachable at keshav@keshavsaharia.com.

Working on open-source projects like a translation of the Bhagavad Gita, a TypeScript learning resource, and a ClickHouse ORM.

2023-2025

Consulting for startups in the AI, healthcare, robotics, and sales automation space. Gained hands-on experience with robotics, scaling LLMs, training custom models, and implementing multi-agent solutions to tackle business problems.

I also some took time off for rock climbing and Vipassana meditation.

2018-2023

Cofounder and CTO at DoctorPlan (doctorplan.com), an app for managing patient health between doctor visits.

I scaled the development team and gradually transitioned from hands-on software development to hands-off product management. Initially, I was the sole developer working on the entire AWS infrastructure and API (written in TypeScript), and gradually shifted my focus to various machine learning and practical software challenges that we encountered as we added customers and scaled.

I learned how to programmatically generate beautiful PDFs with charts and visualizations using the native PDF specification, automatically remove PII from DICOM images of patient MRIs, and implemented practical machine learning systems for real-time analysis of patient-reported data. I worked directly with customers and investors on a wide range of issues, from HIPAA compliance to proof-of-concept demonstrations. During the pandemic, I seized the opportunity to automate various facets of state/federal COVID data reporting. I am most proud of my work on DoctorPlan because it catalyzed tremendous growth in my abilities both as a software developer and an entrepreneur, and helped me see my own potential when working on technology that impacts people's lives.
